Surge is not Syncing

My surge will not sync until I bring up my page even tho I have it set to sync continuously

In order to help your little buddy to keep syncing with no hassle, please check if you have updates on your phone and in your Fitbit App. I'd suggest this syncing workaround in case that you haven't do so. What model of phone are you using? Take a look of the syncing requirements too.
