My surge stopped monitoring my sleep when Fitbit changed the face on the monitor and it says my device does not support sleep monitoring . It has for the past year, did Fitbit change this on the surge. I thought I had the super watch that monitored all activity???

Hey there @dadirouge. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

I'm sorry that your Surge is not letting you record your sleep. It should support sleep tracking so I would recommend restarting your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. Your tracker will start to dim and after a couple of seconds will go completely off.

Also make sure that your tracker is up to date as it works with auto sleep tracking chich means that it will automatically record your sleep for you. For this, you can go into your Fitbit account and if your tracker's firmware is not up to date, you will see a pink button at the top of your dashboard saying that you need to update it and once you tap there, you just have to follow the instructions.

Hope this helps and let me know if you need more help with this!
