Surge is not responding, feedback

Well the time has finally come . My 4th surge replacement in less than 2 years died on me after only 1.5km and having only had it for 1 day , and what do fitbit tell me try the troubleshooting to see will that help . At this stage I don’t care , never came across a more poorly made product ( that wasn’t cheap to buy ) it’s time to buy a garmin , not that’s Fitbit care .
