Hi,
I was on holiday without the charge cable watch went flat. On return to sync with my windows 10 computer, it would no longer sync. I have restarted the surge 5 times and the computer too and still nothing -it last synced on the 28th nov the day I went away. help, please

As @SunsetRunner mentioned, thanks for following those steps. You can check his suggestion too, or you can follow the steps in this post to troubleshoot this syncing issue in Windows 10 PCs. Remember to check if your computer has any pending update. If your Surge is not connecting remember to restart it again.

Since having done everything possible, when desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.

Thanks for confirming the steps you followed. Did you tried the steps in this post so you can add your Surge again to your Fitbit Account? If your computer is not connecting you might use the Wireless Dongle to connect using these instructions.
