Surge is working only connected with USB cable

My Fitbit Surge turned off automatically and i could not switch it on untill i connected it to USB port. Battery is full but after i disconnected Surge from USB port it died right away. Any advices on this issue?

@MaginB, @SunsetRunner was right, battery is dead. I'm waiting for replacement.

@autr30 It's great to hear that you're getting a replacement! Once you get it follow the instructions below in order to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
