Surge issues

I am on issue number 3 with my Surge since receiving it in March 2015. The first issue was the buckle snagging on my shirt and becoming lost. They replaced the entire device. Four months later, I had condensation inside the lense face causing the touch/swipe to be disabled. They replaced that one too. This time, the band connections to the housing are cracked at the screws points (both bands) and the rubber is coming apart. Disappointing. The only moisture this device ever gets is sweat and I dry it off after a workout.

You can post images as the previous post said. The icon that looks like a postcard or mountains will let you post an image. DSC_1382-01.jpeg

Right, it must have been because I was posting from my phone, but from the PC I can post it now.  Looks like @Racerx67 has the same issue.

No problem... The strap failure is more common than it seems. Fitbit has told to me to cut the strap off and will give me a full refund for the watch. They cannot guarentee it would not happen with a new one so I am looking at my options. As much as I love the Surge as a device it has to last longer than 2 months... The Blaze would be good but not perfect, although a Blaze with GPS would be my device of choice.

I have had my surge since May of 2015 and the battery will only hold a charge for 2 days.  Its been doing this for a month or so now.  The band is also ripped at the screws on the back side.  😞
