Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging problems is at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190/
As it says at the end of that, if those suggestions don't work then it's best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and go through your options.

How many different charging sources have you tried @randy3946. Have you cleaned the contacts?
My brother found out that his phone charger does not work. but hooking it up to the port on the PC has it charged in 1.5 hours .
For me it seems to be the oppisite. and this is not just the same model. but with the very same Surge .
