Hi all
just looking for a bit of info
ive had my surge for over 3 years now but today it has just went blank not charging...
at first it came up up a wee battery logo with the acclamation mark n now nothing at all
any ideas?? Is it the charging cable or maybe a new tracker I need?

I sorry but it sounds like it is dead. May it RIP.
Pretty much what happened to mine close to the 4 year mark. It served me well and I was very sad it died. I loved my Surge and still miss it 😐
But do contact support. Use help link at top of forum. They do offer a discount towards a new model

yeah they offered a discount to a new tracker it helps a lot that, just don’t know what one to get as I loved the surge lol
