I just upgraded my S3 to the Note 5 and it is not a compatible device with the Surge according to troubleshooting. This devastates me! Plans to upgrade compatibility?

It hasn't been added to the list yet and I don't see it being added anytime soon unfortunly. I would assume they would have added it by now. Maybe when the Blaze comes out they will add new devices?

Seems like you just need to wait and use a PC/Mac/Tablet in the mean time if you have one.

Have you tried pairing it to the note 5 someone else on the forum said the same thing and another person replied they had the note 5 and it was paired and working. Try and see.

I have the Sprint Galaxy Note 5, and it works perfectly. It's not listed as compatible though. What problems do you have?

Hello there guys! The devices you're referring, hasn't been fully tested and listed as supported. It wouldn't hurt if you try to set your Surge with your Samsung Note 5 or your Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Personally I have a Samsung Ace 4, and it's been syncing and call/text notifications are working fine. Depending on your device, I think that all features may or not be fully functional.  Keep an eye on your Supported Devices list for any update we may have!
