So I called support since my Surge bluetooth stopped working and it was determined that my device was defective. This is my 2nd Surge in less than 2 years and neither one has lasted a year without having an issue. Since this was my 2nd device and was a replacement to my first one, it was apparently no longer under warranty and I could only get a 25% discount to use on their website. This is more than a little frustrating! It's hard to want to spend any more money on a Fitbit device when they don't last longer than a year and then they don't stand behind their products when they go out. Not happy.
