I can no longer sync my Surge, it worked fine yesterday and the watch has recorded my steps today but it will not sync with the app or on my Mac. When I try on the Mac I get an unknown error occurred message.
Any solutions or known issues that have arisen recently.
I've checked the previous post similar to this but I have the up to date version of the app.

Hi guys
I found that a restart of my surge solved the problem.
Restart by pressing and holding the button on the left and the bottom right until the screen flashes once then starts to dim. After the screen has gone blank, give it 10 seconds and press the left button again until it comes back on.
Mine was syncing fine after that and has been all day today too.

@lcqu222 I recommend to perform once again a restart as mentioned by our friend @NickWhite1974 and try again to sync your information.
