Surge not syncing over the past week

On my home computer that has Windows 7 and the dongle attached to it, there is no problem at all with it syncing.

On my Windows 10 laptop and my Samsung Galaxy 3, it is refusing to sync or even be seen. I have rebooted the laptop and phone as well as my Surge.

 

On the laptop the error is: Windows is no responding as expected. Please try rebooting your device.
Under the devices for bluetooth, it is saying my Surge is "connected". I have tried to remove it from pairing and then redoing the process and still the same error occurs.


On the cell phone the error is: Tracker not found.
I have tried to reboot the phone as well as turning bluetooth on and off to get them to see each other.

This issues just started within the past week on these 2 systems, but as I said, the computer with the dongle is working perfectly fine.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Windows 10 issue somewhat resolved ... System Restored to last week and now it syncs with my Windows 10 laptop ... Now to figure out which of the updates killed it and report the issue to you guys and Microsoft ...

Still not syncing with my Samsung Galaxy 3 though ...
