Surge not syncing with challenges, active mins not showing either

Set the Surge up to track a dog walk, an ~8 mile loop, and the active mins are showing zero, also my heart rate the entire walk was at 60bpm, which I know for a fact wasn't right. Also I'm in a weekend warrior challenge, and while it sync'd up some early steps in the day it did not sync the ~15k steps done on the dog walk. 
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the ap on my android, followed the instructions on 'rebooting' the Surge, neither of those fixed the issue. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to our Community @cgt465! Thanks for joining us! Smiley HappyTry restarting your Surge by following the steps I provided in this thread. Also, I'd like you to keep in mind that heart rate reading varies depending on several factors like movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication. You can review the information and tips for heart rate accuracy. Regarding challenges, please know that there are some reasons why this might get affected as the following:

 

1. Steps fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. 
2. You manually logged an activity. 
3. You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. 
4. All challenge participants are not in the same time zone.
