Surge not syncing with my iPad

My information is not transferring to my ipad fit bit dashboard.  Any suggestions?

You can check if the Bluetooth of your phone is on, or you can force quite the app, for more troubleshooting steps see how to sync in this post, also why don't you check this tips and requirements to make sure that you have everything that you need on.
