Surge not syncing

The past few weeks I have had issues with my surge syncing on any device. I use my One while I am at work. When I get home and sync my surge used to sync with it fine. Now my surge won't sync at all unless I set it up as a replacement device. Then it only works once and stops working again. iOS up to date as well as app. I hope others are having the same issue so it is fixed in the next firmware update.

I have talked with support a couple times and they walk me through troubleshooting. Again, it fixes it, but only temporarily. I love Fitbit, but this is frustrating!

I agree.  I kept having the same problem.  Seemed to help if I turned off bluetooth (as instructed) on my phone.  It would work OK for a while then fail.  Got a replacement dongle and that didn't help.

You would think in the tech age that needing to turn off blue tooth would be no longer need, but apparently not.

My solution is to use the phone app.  When I want to force a sync I use the phone app to do it and it works all the time.  It is a pain because using my desktop would have been simplier.

Im having the same issue . I do not have the ap . I just called support and was told to restart it . So far it worked but seeing this comment makes me worry . I live with two other FiBit users and I wonder if it is causing an issue with the bluetooth .

It seems to have been worse since I got an Apple Watch. But thats probably just a coincidence. But since then is when I have been using my One more. Who knows. I also got a replacement Surge and it worked for a few days and then stopped. That's what has convinced me it's something they need to look at with an update.
