Surge not syncing

I've reinstalled the Fitbit app several times and restarted the surge but it's still not syncing.... Help please.

It's nice to see our Community is growing @dsvinamee! Hope you're doing great! Cat WinkHave you checked your Internet and Bluetooth connection are working correctly? Also, try restarting your Surge one more time by following these steps and then make sure to follow the steps provided in this thread.
