Hi guys, my surge screen seems to stick on the previous graphic.

example: starts on clock then I swipe but half the clock stays as the next page.

there’s no damage, and all features still work. It seems it’s just visual.

Try a restart do it 3 times

If it doesn't help try a Long Restart

Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

Hi Wendy,

No smiley face on a Surge that I know of?

“the button”? there are three buttons.

I did however tried to reset while it was on charge.
held down the left button and the bottom right button for 15 seconds until the screen faded to black then let go. It booted with the Fitbit logo and seems to have worked!!

Ah! It’s going back to broken again!

weird, the screen is slowly disappearing with blank boarders top and bottom and it get bigger over time until whole screen goes.

Reset works then it slowly goes back.
