Hi my surge screen is flickering constantly, I’ve tried the usual steps to turn off and on again several times, but to no avail, what next?
This is my second surge neither have lasted more that 2 years.
The strap disintegrated on the first one then the screen went, it just clouded over and then didn’t swipe, this was swapped by FITBIT, excellent I thought great service.
Mysecond one (the replacement) has developed charging issues where it doesn’t last very long, and now the screen has gone dull and flickers all the time.
have I got any options?

@Fire1688 your options are repair or replacement. Your battery is dying as evidenced by the not lasting very long and the bad screen indicative of issues with the display and/or digitizer. Is it still tracking steps successfully? Bands and batteries can be replaced, as well as screens, I've done all of the above and happy to lend guidance, but it's not for beginners. You may be best purchasing a new Fitbit with a warranty so you can again enjoy the great service and exchange options for in-warranty items. Cheers!
