Surge stop syncing after 3/20 11:52pm

Hi,

 

My Surge stop syncing after 3/20 11:52pm. No matter how many times i sync it, the app still show that it lasted sync time is 3/20. When i click into the app, it will show the data today. However, once it past 12.00am, the previous date data will be gone. Please help

I have done nearly all the processes shown on this insturctions. I have used iOS and Windows 10 PC to sync. Not yet try the dongle.

If you are sure Bluetooth (BT) is working (and assuming it worked on your computer before without the dongle) and you have re-booted your computer, I would try a couple of other things.  Unpair the Surge from your computer's BT (in the computer's settings section).  Delete the Surge from the Windows 10 app then re-install it. If that doesn't work, I would delete the app and re-install that.  Let us know if either of those help.
