Anyone know how to fix a Surge strap that seems to have separated?

If having warranty on the tracker,

 

When desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.

@Xiejo If it's under warranty then contact Customer Support as @SunsetRunner has suggested. If it's not under warranty then Amazon and E-bay sell aftermarket replacements and YouTube has "How to" video's to help. Good luck.
