Surge strap

Has anybody had problems with strap.

i purchased my Surgejust over  2 years ago, then 13 months ago it broke near the end by the watch.Fitbit replaced it, but now the strap has detached itself from the watch.

Fitfits only answer is to offer me a 25% of another purchase, which I find pretty dismal.

On Amazon.. it's possible to get replacement bands for the Surge, with the required tools..
