Surge stuck in continous reboot?

Hello,

My surge was not syncing to my iphone app today, so I followed the power down procedure for my tracker. But now it never seems to power back on. After holding the two buttons down for more than 20 seconds (enough for the screen to dim and turn off), as soon as I let go I'm back at the arrow screen. When I press the home button, it appears to have no effect. The heart rate sensor comes on for a period of time, then turns off as the main screen appears to go off , then right back to the arrow screen. This behavior repeats over and over.

Any ideas?
