Surge sync and text notification problems

My surge I got six months ago has all of sudden stopped syncing unless I re- pair it with my phone app each time. Text notifications have completely stopped and battery drains quickly. Help!

I don't have an answer for you, but I'm having the same issues with the Surge that I got in October.  I'm lucky to get a day out of a full charge, it won't sync with the app unless I restart the Surge, and I don't get notifications anymore.
