Surge sync unable to complete w/ iOS

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The time on my Surge has gone bonkers. I have tried resetting the fitbit, then performing a sync. Three times or more.

HOwever, the sync bar only goes about two-thirds way, then stops, and goes back to the normal screen.

I had the ssme problem syncing a few hours earlier, when data would not load. The clock was ok at the time. Now the data seems to load, but time remains messed up regardless of what I do.

Moderator edit: Clarified subject.

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @JulesCh, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community. Heart

Thanks for the details, you might try to check your Time Zone information in the Fitbit.com Dashboard make sure you save the changes (you will find it on the Settings) and then reconnect your Surge with your Fitbit Account. Make sure that your phone is in Automatic Time Zone. You can read more about how to change the time on your Fitbit in this thread.

Give it a try and let me know how this works! Cat Happy
