Try resetting your tracker, restarting your phone and tablet only have one device connected with bluetooth at a time as the tracker won't sync if both are close and bluetooth is on. The other option is to uninstall fitbit then reinstall. I have seen people complaining of not syncing after the latest app update not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Welcome to the Community @carlstorana! Besides the steps you already took you also try to turn the Bluetooth off and then turn it back on. Recently Google changed the permissions for Bluetooth syncing, requiring the use of location services. For more information about the latest Google permission requirements, see Google’s Android 6.0 Changes document here: https://developer.android.com/about/versions/marshmallow/android-6.0-changes.html#behavior-hardware-... If this is not the case, please contact Support for morehelp as per @Redmoonstar.
