Surge will not connect on PC or iOS App

Hi guys,

I have a surge which is only 3months old. Had no issues with connectivity or syncing until few weeks ago.

About two weeks ago I started having issues with connecting my surge with my iPhone 6s. I did all the trouble shooting steps (Bluetooth on/off, reload the app, set device up again etc..) and it will connect.

Last two days it has gotten worse and will not connect at all, surge will not show up as a discoverable device..

So I tried my PC (turned my phone off to make sure there was no Bluetooth connection clashing). And even on my PC it will not pair. I tried setting up as a new device on the PC however it cannot find my surge even tho it's right next to the wireless sync dongle..

I am convinced that this surge is broken. Is there any other menthods I should try???

Also this surge was given to me as a present and was bought in US and brought to Australia..where can I take this surge for repair/service in Australia and will they accept that it was bought in US?

Pls help as I use this every day and it's really bugging me that I can't track my exercise.

Thanks

Damien
