Surge time won't sync

Flew to West Coast last week. Surge automatically adjusted time zones when I synced. Problem is I returned home and Synced several times and even let the battery die but time remains on Pacific time. The rest of the data syncs just fine. Very annoying as my watch function is constantly 3 hours behind.

@dtoz Try doing a restart. Press and hold the left and lower right buttons until the screen flickers. Release the buttons and the screen will go blank. Wait another 30 seconds and restart.

@fmichell One last thing to try is letting the battery drain to zero then charging and restarting. Good luck.
