Surge tracking exercise while I'm not wearing it

I bought a surge this summer.  It didn't even work to begin with and had to wait for a replacement.  I find it doesn't really hold a charge very long.  It holds a charge for a day tops. 

On the weekend it did it did some crazy stuff I took it off and left it plugged into a portable charger overnight. 

When i put it it on Sunday afternoon it had barely any battery's left.  It said i had 650 activity hrs during the time it wasn't sitting on my bed! 

Today i I woke u planning and put it on and it is saying i butned 2000 calories while slept.   

This is really messing up my up my calorie counts   help

Same thing happens to me ..adds step while i don't have on ...also has a BPM reading while off :[  do you know how to fix ?

My surge adds steps while im not wearing it..it also has a BPM reading while not on..crazy. how do i fix it?

I contacted Fitbit support and my Fitbit is still under warranty.   They are sending me a replacement.
