Hi can you purchase a new watch strap for the Fitbit Surge as mine has started to fall to bits?

The Surge wasn't designed to have replaceable straps so you won't find any for sale from fitbit.

 

However, if you search the likes of eBay or Amazon you will find some. They take some DIY skills but there are videos on YouTube to help.

 

Of course, if you are still within warranty then contact customer support as the strap will be covered. The warranty runs for 12 months (or 24 months if you are in Europe) and they can be contacted via contact.fitbit.com
