Surge will not charge.

Hi all hope you can help my surge will not charge at all, worn it to bed last night and when woke this morning it was dead have tried to charge through computer, Xbox and also wall charger, have cleaned all contacts at the back and tried to reset but nothing at all is happening! My battery hasnt been lasting the full 8 estimated days with out using the GPS and only lasts approx a day at the most. Please help guys and girls.

Sounds like you have done every thing to help resolve it. I would contact support

Thanx Wendy it' all sorted now with a replacement on the way. Can't really fault fitbit customer service it' great how they go out there way to help you! Even had an email saying that they are out of stock of my original selected fitbit and let me choose another.
