Surge will not connect to my Fitbit app

I have an s7. I can't get me surge to connect after typing in the 4 numbers during setup. I have tried restarting everything uninstalling and re-installing the app. Nothing works. I've tried emailing fitbit support but it's been 2 more than and no response. Does anybody have a solution?

What a great day to step into the community @Nutt5! Hope you're doing great. I think that you can try the restart on your Surge a couple of times, yesterday we had an update for Android devices check again that your phone is running the version 2.40 and try one more time. I check the list of Supported Devices to sync with Fitbit and your phone model is not there, but I have heard from users that it connects with Fitbit but once in a while you have to be patience to make them sync.
