My Surge is about 3 years old. I have had problems getting it to charge before and I just cleaned the contacts with an alcohol swab and got it to work again but now it will not connect and charge. The magnetic connection works fine and I have moved the charger around to several locations but it just won't put any power in the battery. Any suggestions?

I would try cleaning the contacts again on the device and charger
Then Do a Restart

3 years is a good long time so it might just be on its last legs
