Today I went to record my run and my screen is stuck on settings. If I hit the bottom side button it brings up the setting screen. However, it sticks on the the blacklight. Can't get it to move. I have done everything I can think of. So, disappointed. I received my surge as a birthday present and have only had it a month. ☹️

I just fixed this on my Surge. It required a shutdown/restart to fix it. Just hold the left and bottom-right buttons down for 10+ seconds until the screen flickers. Then release and press the left button to see the fitbit logo. That should do it...

Brand new Surge will not swipe. I have reset it at least 10 times, and am still not able to swipe.

I've noticed you are new around @Suzie25, so let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.
Thanks for the attempts you tried to fix your Surge, I'd recommend to try these steps too; but if this doesn't help, let me know so I can keep assisting you with that.
I'll be around.
