It dosen't work for me! I am really dissapointed I just got my fitbit in late january and I can't sync it.

Also try clearing the Fitbit App's cache, or the phones cache.

Just saying clear the cache is of no help when you don't explain how to clear the cache.

That really depends on what phone a user has, and when asking for help with a phone, it usually is helpful to include the phone model.
