I have a Fitbit Surge. It appears to be timing out during the sync to the iphone.
I've tried turning the iphone off/on, and updating the fitbit app to the latest version, but the problem persists. It gets through about 2/3 of the sync and then it stops and restarts.
This has been happening for 2 weeks.
Any suggestions?

I had my surge since late April. For the past few weeks, sometimes it took very long time to sync - what I had to do is to turn off the blut-tooth of the surge and then turned in on; or simply restart the surge. It helped a few times. (It is definitely no use to reboot your phone.)

Hey guys! How are you today?
@Wendyk99, I appreciate you have tried several steps to sync your Surge. Since none of those steps have worked, I suggest you to get in touch with Fitbit Support directly and let them know about this. I'm pretty sure they will find a solution after reviewing your account.
@britthwhite and @intermilan, thanks for trying those steps. In addition, I would like you to take a look into some other tips on these posts to sync your Surge with your iOS device and your Android device.
