Syncing Issues with Surge

I am at a loss and ready to give up on my Fitbit Surge.  I have had increasing issues with my Surge syncing with both my Iphone 5s & my Macbook.  I have exchanged my Surge for a new one; no change in syncing. Multiple re-sets, deleted, downloaded new FB software & app (both laptop & phone)...NO CHANGE!!

 

I have read the multiple posts on syncing issues, has there been any resolution? Is FB reading the forums?

 

Any suggestions besides totally ditching the FB Surge & going with another product (not FB)?

Hello @spitfire1, I'm glad to see you around in our community. When your tracker is not syncing is recommendable to review first the version of the mobile app or if the donlge is recognized by your computer and then proceed with the troubleshooting steps. However if you have tried all the possible solutions my recommendation is to contact customer support, by letting the know the steps you have taken so far. I'm sure they will be happy to help you.
