Syncing issues call/sms notification

Hi
I have a surge and an HTC one A9 (Marsmellow) android 6.0
have sync problems, have read a lot on the forum here. and tried most, but it can not arrange. Call and SMS does not work .I have tried to add it as A trusted device, but can not find it there .help

I'm afraid I don't see the A9 on fitbit's latest list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

I had a Charge HR last and it worked perfectly

And hopefully you'll get the Surge working too. Not being on the list doesn't mean that it definitely won't work, only that there's no guarantee that it will.

Hopefully someone with experience of that phone and the Surge will comment otherwise it might be difficult to progress.
