Hi , my phone is being repaired , how do I sync my surge in the mean time ? I can't seem to do it either an IPad... Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

I use my iPad in exactly the same way as the phone. What problems are you having?

Welcome to the Community @Elainesurge2016. You can sync your tracker with a computer using the USB dongle. Also you can sync it with any Compatible Device.

@Elainesurge2016 the earlier iPads don't sync Fitbits. See https://www.fitbit.com/devices
