Syncing

My surge synced at 6:47 this morning, haven't been able to sync since. Is it just me, or is it fitbit site?

It's great to see you around @CRW12. I would like to know if you keep having problems syncing your Surge? If you do, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.

I called the help line, the guy was very helpful and we were able to get it
working again by turning the Bluetooth off on my phone resetting, then
turning the Bluetooth back on, them it finally worked. Yea!!
