Text and Call Notifications on Surge

Hi,

I have my Surge synced to my iPhone and have not been able to receive any text or call notifications unlike some other models of Fitbit devices which automatically gives these notifications after syncing.

Can anyone help?

Do you have bluetooth enables on your phone? Did you enable notifications in the app and pick which phone and sms app you want to use? If so, do you get any error messages?
