Hey there! I slept without my surge on and when I went to put it on in the morning, it had 39,000 steps on it already, even though it was just sitting on a table charging. I'm wondering if it's possible to delete these steps/the badges they earned me. Also if anyone has any info as to why that may have happened. Thanks for your help!

Welcome to the forums!

 

By chance was a fan going on in the room it will add unwanted steps

 

You can try to enter a driving record to get rid of the steps

https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/Can-I-delete-data

 

It does not get rid of badges. Contact support for that. Use Help at the top of the forum.
