Recently I noticed I wasn't getting text messages on my Surge. I have shutdown, synced, checked notifications, Bluetooth, do not disturb everything yet no matter what I do, I don't get text messages or call notifications. Everything pertaining to Notifications is ON. its frustrating trying to fix this, Can you suggest what do I need to do to get this re-enabled?
