I was ready to return my Surge for refund.
I had to hold the cable in to charge. It didn't lock in. My watch needed to be charged multiple times each day. I got a differentr cable and that solved some of the problem. I also learned that my battery drains more at home bc of spotty Internet in some spots.
But, it was when I noticed the mode button getting stuck that I finally "gave up". Fit bit resolved it by replacing my watch. I can't believe how I suffered since Dec and now my new watch works great....
well except the crazy low HR when I'm climbing stairs. 🙂
I love it now.
If you're having trouble keeping cable in, try a new cable. If battery drains daily, check your mode button. If it gets stuck in, it can cause all sorts of odd behaviors.
