The strap of my surge is broken and I don't know where I can find it in order to replace the strap.
I bought the watch last February and I can't believe why the strap is broken.
I need a solution.

There is no replacement band, but usually the whole device is replaced.
If you're within the one year warranty and it was purchased from an authorized retailer, contact customer support at this link - click
There is a phone number for the USA, an online chat option and web based email for those out of the area.
