I recently traveled from the US to Austria this past summer, and when I came back to the states, the time on my surge wouldn't change back. I think I've tried everything I can think of, and nothing is working. My surge is currently 7 hours faster than I need it to be. Syncing it with my phone hasn't done anything. I let it die and recharged it and still nothing.

Hey there! Welcome to the Forums @pmh62Smiley Very Happy

When you're working out it is normal to sweat and obviously your body gets warmer, but even though your Surge shouldn't be having hardware issues; since it is not normal to have fog in your screen and if the backlight is not working either, it's best to contact Customer Support, so they can give you the next step for this situation.

In case that you have any questions about it let me know, I'll around!
