Time and Bluetooth features

Hello,
I travel a lot with my job, this has pointed out two deficiencies in the product. I would love to see the following features added.

The ability to set the time independently on the watch. Any digital watch from the early 80's has been able to do this.

The ability to switch off completly the Bluetooth, just so I can look at my **ahem** watch on a plane.
