Time wrong and steps keep resetting

Hoping someone can help me. I have just purchased a Fitbit surge and the time zone won't change and my steps and km keep resetting on the watch but not on my ap? I have tried manually selecting the time zone. Tried logging out and in from ap and turning phone off and on. Pls help

@Kristyherdy Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It's weird that your Surge is not displaying the correct time. Now that you have double-checked that you have the correct time zone, I recommend restarting your Surge and then force sync it so the changes can take effect and the time can be corrected.
