Tracker not found

Had surge 3 months. Past few days it refuses to sync. Tracker not found. Can't get it to function on either android phone or iPad. Bluetooth connection on settings menu on surge repeatedly slides to off.

Hey hey @Rojebo welcome! Have you tried @SunsetRunner recommendations? Is it working now? In case the issue persists after troubleshooting the best steps is getting in touch with support. I'm sure they will be glad to assist.
