Trouble Syncing multiple devices

I have been trying to sync my Surge with my PC today and it won't let me. I have my phone's bluetooth shut off and I am connected to my PC with bluetooth through the Windows 10 app. My PC settings are showing that I am connected with Surge but whenever I go to sync it is saying "Tracker Not Found" and my Surge will vibrate twice when this happens. I remember when I connected my phone to the Surge i had to type in a 4 digit pin. Do I also need to do this on the PC and if so, how do I get this pin to pop up?

Another side question, if I have bluetooth on my PC do i need to use the wireless dongle? Or should I use the FitBit Connect with the dongle instead of the Windows 10 app?

Welcome to the Community @Felanstus. I would like to know if you keep having syncing issues? If you paired your tracker with your phone, you don't need to pair it again with your computer. You just need to plug the USB dongle and it will sync. If it doesn't, follow the Syncing Troubleshoot.
