Unable to load photos. I have had 4 fitbits surge in the last 20 months. The first one the screen stoped work and the other 3 the strap keeps peeling away for screen area. All they want to do is keep offering me any other one or a down grade.

Sorry for your troubles. On the plus side, the Surge is no longer available and all the newer trackers have replaceable bands and you can find cheap bands at Amazon.
